My aggressive journey to say a few words. (AKA) I'll be saying stuff that won't matter to many of you but it'll ALL mean something to me.

In a pretty odd chain of events I stumbled upon a jewel of the cyber world. It's simply called, "DailyMile" and it's like Facebook for runners/cyclists/swimmers. In fact, as most sites do these days, it's very compatible with Facebook. To explain how that's a good thing let's start a few steps back and look more into an introduction of DailyMile. If you've ever been outside at five in the morning when the only other creatures you can hear (let alone see) are crickets and a few eager birds ...

Perhaps my problem with blogging is that it just adds one more thing I want to do each day as if I don't have enough on my plate. *Take my sister to school (typically from 6:45am-8am) *School (typically from 9am-1pm) *Work-out (typically from 1:45pm-3pm) *Work (typically from 4pm-10:30pm) *Reading .comic books (usually pick them up sometime on Wed/Thurs if I get a chance. otherwise I'll get them on Sat/Sun .local newspaper (pick it up on Monday o...

This is pathetic. I've dropped down to 7 hours of classes each day and I still might not pass them all. I had my trombone lesson today and my trombone instructor, Ms. Tinnell, basically told me that if I don't do exceptionally well in my juries that I may fail the class. That would give me one more F. I'm currently sitting at a C in my Algebra class looking to raise it up to an A- or better. And then there's Music Literature which I'm most likely failing now because I bombed the last exam...

Gay WHAT??? a rant I wrote early on just to make some contreversy. no need to check this one out. Are Athletes Paid Too Much? I was asking for help with a debate last year. take a look if you'd like. Modern Cartoon Vs. Their Retro Counterparts... I was just comparing some cartoons that I used to watch to the cartoons that are out now. I kind of like this one even though it wasn't written very well. You Think Athletes Are Paid Too Much? This is a funny chain letter I re...

Everytime I bring up the next generation consoles everyone seems to look at the Revolution as a back seat console. What would cause anyone to think that the Nintendo is the difficult choice? It's the first really innovative console in quite some time now. It doesn't have quite the power or visuals that the XBox360 and PS3 have but it's going to be about 100 dollars cheaper. The Nintendo Revolution is 2x as powerful as the GameCube and IMO should be more than enough to keep the games "pretty" ...

So, I've been off to college for almost my first whole year now. I've dreaded about 4/5 of it and it's not getting much better. A lot of that has to do with me just not having and good study habits and the few that I try to use end up breaking after one use. My mom moved into a nice house in central Ohio. She seems to like it there a lot too. My little sister (Kristen) is still the coolest person I know. She's been found trying to be like her older brother while he's not around. Anyways, t...

I find myself getting more and more frustrated by all these people that watch Spider-Man (2); X-Men (2); The Hulk; The Fantastic Four; The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen; and the list goes on (for about a mile of 10 pt, Arial font); and then try and act like they know the story lines of the heroes involved. These are the same people many times that get upset if you act like you know Star Wars from watching the movies, or even Harry Potter. A majority of these people would rather die than a...

To this day I have yet to find the key that unlocks the chains holding you down. You struggle for a short time but then get worn out and depleated. Why you don't just give up and let others help I'll never know. These chains are too strong for you (though I thought you stronger than this). How could you let yourself be beaten and bound by something so simple? To this day I have yet to forgive you for wimping out and losing all the great things you once had. Dad... To this day you disgus...

Here's a link to My Space... I just wrote a story about a really funny turn of events that came to pass from a phone conversation with Sarah (for those of you who don't know, she's my girlfriend of 10 months today). It may be a bit embarassing for her, but it made us laugh, so hopefully it won't be too bad. Link Capt. over and out! p.s.~ I love you sarah!

The title really has nothing to do with the article... I was really just trying to figure out what kind of article would get the most referals... I've seen that homosexual articles recieve quite a few, the search for blogs seems pretty vast for me, if you're looking for porn or something along those lines you might find something with hot (???), and site... nough said. Now, once I post this I'll figure out soon enough what kind of referals I'd get with this, but are the referals just based...

I know there's a lot of people here that know of me atleast so I thought I'd fill those people in on what I just realized I forgot to tell them. Basically, I would just like everyone to know that I'm currently in Campbellsville, Kentucky enrolled in Campbellsville University. I'm majoring in music education and my roommate's name is Seth. Sarah (notsosmellysarah) and I are still together, bringing us to 9 and 11 days to date. That's about it. Well, hopefully that update will do for now....

Is this where I should be? I've been a member here for around a year and a half now, I think, and I just thought it would be nice to get someone's input on this. Is this a place worth staying at now? I just got a computer in my dorm room a few days ago so I'm just now able to write more frequently again, but before I do I want to know if my efforts will be in vein. Will I get feedback on upcoming writing assignments if I post them? Will someone be able to give me advice on how to get through ...

My English 111 professor assigned reading material for us to read over the weekend. It was an essay (I believe that's what it was) called "Shifting Baselines". In class we had a slight discussion on the issue but we also had to write a journal entry after reading it. My journal entry goes like this... When I hear the term "Shifting baselines" I think about the way we accept things like tank tops and flip flops in high schools today but even 12 years ago you would never get away with it. I...
