My aggressive journey to say a few words. (AKA) I'll be saying stuff that won't matter to many of you but it'll ALL mean something to me.

Christianity has been fed to me all of my life. Ideas of love, honesty, caring, and many other 'good' qualities.

My mom is an active memeber of my church and a well developed, christian woman. She had the role of running around, trying to wake everyone up in our family. No matter how much I hated getting up at the time I still loved and respected my mom for doing that so 'religiously'.

My dad, on the other hand, grew up without God and probably would still be that way if it wasn't for marrying mom. He was always the last one up and the last one out the door. Of course, I was a close second, and my sisters usually got up first.

The problem is that they have been divorced for around 4 years now. When they were together, it wasn't too great though. Now, my mom spoils me and still takes me to church. My dad spoils me and keeps me away from church. As a child, who grew up with God, I prefer GOING over NOT.

The reason I gave you that background? Well, I just wanted you to know that my ideas aren't made purely from one side of the spectrum. I have definitely heard both sides of the discussion and I have settled with this...

The discussion is over use of language. Yeah, I know, what does that have to do with God? Well, a lot. In the bible it says though shalt not curse. Society says, do as you please. God says to do all things as God would have you do them. Society would say, just do what ever makes you feel good at the time being...

Well, let's see here. Society says that we should say whatever feels good? Well, either way, cussing or not, you can feel better after you say what you have to say. And God would go with the more 'positive' words.

Our society likes to make Christianity look stupid. I think it's pretty funny when someone argues about it while cursing at you. I'm sorry but isn't that kinda stupid?

I was just having a nice conversation with Sarah the other day. From what I got, she doesn't think it's bad if you aren't being mean about it. Well, I'm sure that sounds good in theory but, no. You wouldn't be using the words otherwise. I don't like to seem agressive about this stuff but basically you don't need to you those words if you're in a good mood, and if you do when in a bad mood you're doing just as much wrong.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, if it is considered cussing to the majority than it must be, and cussing is not the way to go.

Maybe someone here can actually make me see it differently but I've learned that 'everyone else' is probably the worse group of people to talk to. So don't use that in arguing, please.

Capt. over and out!
